Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been received. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, change of mind, or refusal to accept a parcel.

If you are unable to receive your order, the full amount paid will be retained as store credit against your order. Your piece will be kept safely with Dear Beloved and can be dispatched at a later date upon request. Any additional delivery charges will apply.

Please note that refusing or returning a parcel does not automatically make an order eligible for a refund.
