Dear Beloved

Dear Beloved,

Our story began with a love of creating things. Founded by Umeza Irfan, Dear Beloved grew out of a creative practice that has moved through theatre, painting, and the visual arts. Each of these disciplines has shaped the way she sees and makes with an appreciation for colour, composition, texture, detail, and the character that comes from something made by hand.

Jewellery became a natural extension of that practice. What began as another medium for creating has grown into a house of handcrafted pieces, where preserved flowers, traditional influences, and contemporary design come together.

At the heart of it is a simple love for art and the things that art allows us to keep.

The name Dear Beloved came from the opening of a letter. It felt personal, warm, and fitting for something so often chosen with another person in mind. For someone you love, for a moment worth remembering, or simply for yourself. Whoever is on the receiving end, they are our Dear Beloved.
