What if something's not quite right with my order?

We want you to absolutely love what you receive from us. While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer free exchanges for items that are damaged during shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make it right.

What items are eligible for exchange?

You can request an exchange if:

1) You received the wrong piece.

2) your items arrived damaged during shipping.

We want you to feel beautiful and confident in every piece and we will make it right.

How long do i have to request an exchange?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we wont be able to accept exchange requests.

How do i request an exchange?

Just send us a message via Instagram DM at @thedearbeloved within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will walk you through the process and make sure your exchange goes smoothly.

Will this policy ever change?

We may update our policy in the future to better serve our customers. Any changes will be posted here and will take effect immediately.
